Digital infrastructure, where it belongs, done right and with minimal impact

We develop small data centers on land that already has what it needs — existing grid capacity, existing facilities, zoning already in place for this kind of use — so growth doesn’t come at the community’s expense.

01 — TRANSMISSION

No new transmission lines required.

Every site we develop uses electrical capacity that’s currently available on the electric grid. By better utilizing the existing grid, we avoid expensive grid upgrades and associated utility rate increases.

02 — EXISTING FACILITIES

Smaller footprint, built into what already exists.

Rather than developing greenfield megasites that require entirely new infrastructure, we prioritize sites in existing industrial areas with existing power infrastructure.

03 — WATER

Minimal water use, by design.

Our sites use closed-loop cooling systems that recirculate the same water, leaving more for the farms, businesses, and households that share the same watershed.

04 — VIEW

Industrial land, not rural viewshed or residential neighbors.

We site our facilities in industrial and commercial corridors — zoned, developed, and already built for this kind of use — instead of the residential neighborhoods and rural landscapes where large data centers increasingly draw local opposition. Development belongs where it fits, not where it’s cheapest to buy land.

05 — TRANSPARENCY

No NDAs. No secrets.

We never ask public officials or community leaders to sign a non-disclosure agreement — and we never will. We publish our plans and impacts openly, because a project the community can’t see isn’t one it can trust.
