At Minima, she is the Head of Development, leading a senior team of experienced experts in real estate, permitting, engineering, procurement, and construction.

He led the real estate department at two stand-alone battery storage developers, Able Grid and Plus Power, and previously supported commercial real estate development at McDonald’s and Century Link.

Patti is a land use and environmental permitting expert who has successfully permitted thousands of megawatts of wind, solar and battery storage projects as well as over a thousand miles of transmission lines. In California and the western U.S., she has evaluated impacts and obtained permits from local, state and federal agencies. Her most recent experience included her management position at NextEra Energy Resources where she provided expertise to facilitate development of utility scale power generation and electric vehicle projects.
